Paul has always been an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and has a vast knowledge of safety management, employee trade training, and an awareness of the regional trends in the construction and manufacturing industries. Paul is a proven business leader with fourteen years of experience in the staffing industry. He is focused on providing solutions for his clients workforce development needs. Paul understands the complexities of the skilled labor industry and pulls from his experience to meet the demand of his clients. His expertise lies in developing strategic growth plans, leading teams and solving customer issues.
Sean Switzer – Co-Owner, Sean@RampUpLabor.com
Sean’s experience in Human Resources especially within the construction industry is extensive. His expertise lies in hiring and managing staff, safety planning, and day-to-day operational management. With his degree in Human Resources and thirteen years of experience in the construction industry, Sean possess the experience to lead RampUp’s business initiatives. As Operations Director for RampUp, Sean oversees all operations and financial management of the company.

Cal brings eight years of staffing experience to the company. His vast knowledge of recruiting positions RampUp to develop the skilled workforce our clients need. Cal manages all recruiting activity and employee on-boarding.
